We are a fumbled football at the end zone away from being undefeated at home. That's a positive sign for the team. Had we played Florida at home I believe we would have won also.
My point is that we are a different team on the road for some reason. Auburn has concern coming into neyland against this team. I think we make magic happen and walk away with the W

Goes to show you how much motivation can do - its hard enough to get that into these players after what they have had the last couple years but very hard to do in enemy territory.

Still - would have made no difference as to the w/l outcome with Oregon, Bama or Miz - they are simply far better teams than we are now.

I do think being at home is probably worth a few points though for this team and will be a significant factor in the Auburn game, even if we dont get the upset.

Had Tiny not fumbled, it's not a 100% given we would have won, Georgia still got a shot of offense after that even if we had scored a TD.

I agree.

In Neyland I feel like we have a shot.

I would say a failed defensive stop with under 2 minutes to go is why UT lost the UGA game. It should have never gone to OT.

If Bray had remained at U.T. for his senior season, we would have beaten UGA & Florida.

^This! It was the Phantom Interference call that gave GA the go ahead TD at the end of regulation that cost the game! JMO! :banghead2::banghead2:

I do think they play like an entirely different team when they have a sea of 100,000+ orange, screaming fans at their back. Can't see us making either the UGA or SC game even close if it was a road game. Problem has been, our toughest matchups seem to have been on the road, this year. So, it's hard to get a read on just how good this team actually is. If we beat Auburn this week, I think we can safely say we've turned the corner, and next year will be a MAJOR step forward.

Let's hope we can slow down Auburn's rushing attack. The Mizzou QB out rushed our entire team. I'm hoping for an upset, just being realistic
