well it is Gordon and a commercial so it is hard to believe

Last year's was definitely fake. No way they do those stunts with an ususpecting passenger. The liability is too high if something went wrong (even if the car didnt wreck the guy could have had a heart attack and Pepsi would be paying out the @$$)

This one was tame in comparison. The prank was just running from the cops. He did a donut and drove through some barrels. Whoopdedoo.

FWIW there is nothing wrong with the first one being fake (or this one). Both were entertaining which is all they were really meant to be.
