Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this

My LG smart tv has access to netflix and amazon. After watching numerous shows on netflix we decided to watch The Man In The High Castle on Amazon. Every time we watch something always screws up. At one point the mouths did sync with the words. I did a new software update and that fixed it. The biggest problem is that without fail, it will lock up the tv then either saying there's not enough bandwidth or just lock up so you have to turn off the tv. Never had that problem with netflix. I've got Comcast cable and the errors are occurring when no one else is on the internet. Anyone else having Amazon problems?

I had issues with Hulu locking up constantly on my Vizio. It stopped when I upgraded my router. Odd thing is Netflix and Amazon never did, only Hulu

I get better performance using my Xbox One and a wireless connection than I did when using my "smart" tv over a wired connection.

Have an LG smart 40" and haven't experienced this.

Overall, I think the smart features work really well on the LG and it's pretty intuitive.

In reading some reviews of the OLED TVs I saw someone say that if they paused Amazon for too long it required a reset/recycle.

We access Netflix and Amazon through Tivo and haven't experienced any issues. Well, not since the whole throttling argument a couple years ago.
