playing devil's advocate....a 13 yr old girl with a pierced tongue and nose. Maybe daddy wasnt happy with the way custodial mom was raising their child.

There's more to this story than what is being reported. When was the charge against the dad? Recently? Or some years back ? Could be the girl begged her daddy to get her out of mammas house. We don't know because all we know is (a) she is with her father that doesn't have custody and it's not visitation time and (b) at some time in the past the dad was charged with carnal knowledge with a minor between 13-15, no time or specifics given.

Her flyer from the link above states
"interference with child custody, which is in violation of an order of protection served to him today."

Sounds like whatever the case it was a knee jerk reaction and while we don't have all the facts, the court deemed it appropriate that he not have contact with the child at this point.

As far as piercings go, my freshman year about 30% of the females in my high school spent their time piercing their ears or belly buttons with needles, in the bathroom at school, so who really knows the whole story there and why does it matter.

Not sure where you're getting way off base when I said I specifically said the same as you -there's more to the story. I threw out scenarios which might contradict what the media says. Might.

What the media is saying is pretty spot on. That's where you are way off base.
