It was ok. I had a hard time buying in to the alien concept.

The whole concept for how this show is done unique in that after every season its a whole new show and not just new seasons of the same show.

I wonder how soon this might be applied to other shows?

There was one before asylum. The first season didn't have a special name like "Asylum" or "Coven". I think it was just "American Horror Story". I liked season 1 more than Asylum. Coven seems like it is going to be up my ally as well. I love New Orleans and Voodoo culture.

Absolutely loved the first season but I quit watching about halfway through the second. I'll give this one a shot but I'm not optimistic.

Its not like there was a lot of alien interaction in the show. That was a very minor part, IMO.

Minor? He thought it was aliens the whole season almost, and was in almost every episode.

I just didn't pay much attention to that part of the story. I just used it as that was his reasoning for being in the loony bin.

Good grief. That was hard to watch. The opening Lalaurie scene made me queasy. Also, the rape scene was senselessly graphic. We could have inferred what happened if they had chosen a more Hitchcock approach. I like the new Orleans witch concept, but if every episode is like this one, I may not be able to watch.
