Comes out next month. Based on their 10 year high school class reunion. American Pie was good. I didn't see 2 or 3. How were they? Stiffler was the man!

*Oscar Nominee Casey Affleck was the only cast member who refused to reprise his role.

Went downhill. American Wedding was unwatchable. 2 was still decent enough. But sad to say by 3 that style of humor had been passed by already.

Looks promising. I'll be seeing it. Glad to see the entire cast is back. Can't believe Jason Briggs is in his early 30s...seems like he'd be a lot older.

This is probably the movie they wanted to make instead of American Wedding, but some of the cast didn't come back I guess because they assumed they had bigger careers. My how things have changed in almost 10 years.

AW was ok but it was obvious how different it was than the first 2. Since Klein didn't come back they made Stifler have a bigger part and it just didn't fit with how he was in the first 2. And of course they sort of ruined things with the umpteen DVD sequels/spinoffs they've released since then.

Yeah, i'll see it. Dunno if I'll pay 10 bucks to see it. But i'll see it.

In fairness, the franchise was really good up until American Wedding. The Naked Mile wasn't too bad...everything after that blew chunks. This is refreshing to see it get back to its roots.


Btw, Eugene Levy is awesome.

Everyone is older, repeat jokes from first movie.

I thought it was terrific.

I think anyone in my age range (mid to late 20s) who grew up on these movies will appreciate it purely because of nostalgia.

It was very well written, and everyone is back from the original.

I like it more than Wedding and AP2, and an argument could be made that it was every bit as good as AP1.

I'm actually looking forward to it. I thought 2 was pretty so I didn't see Wedding right away when it came out. I ended up thinking Wedding was really funny. The first one and Wedding are definitely better than 2. I'm expecting Reunion to be better than 2 also.


Sadly, a few nights ago one of the American Pie spinoffs were on TV and I found myself laughing occasionally. I think it was Band Camp?

I thought that just the ending was worth the price of the ticket. Everything else was bonus material. Hey, lets just refer to this movie as Stifler's revenge.:)

I really enjoyed it. Really brought back a lot of nostalgia. I must add that the girl who Jim babysat had a nice rack.

IMDB Ratings:

American Pie = 6.9
American Reunion = 7.7

I'll have to see it. I was pretty sure it was gonna be a dud. Good news.
