Ammunition Limits

The crime hadn't been committed yet. He was going to turn around and sell that ammunition in the Dominican Republic, avoiding taxes and tariffs and also bypassing certain laws.

I hear what you're saying, though. It will be interesting to see if the ATF and others can prove it.

Then they should investigate and accumulate evidence of his smuggling operations.

Why don't they go ahead an lay on some homicide charges while they're at it then? I heard the guy and his old lady were arguing late one night last week. This isn't Minority Report.

I hope they don't come to my house since I'm going to the Dominican next month. Better stash the ammo just to be sure

I agree with you. I am just saying, it isn't him possessing ammo that is the problem. It's that he is likely trying to smuggle it into his home nation.

That is not evidence that should provide means to issue an arrest warrant.

I'm not arguing against his likely intent. But what if he was genuinely afraid of a zombie outbreak?

Every citizen should have 50,000 rounds and an assault rifle.

PSA's brought to you by OE and DCV.

If they don't have evidence, then it was a mistake. But we don't know that just yet.

Besides, he should have said it was for a potential zombie outbreak. That's a legitimate concern.

Remember, NEVER set a zombie on fire. It only causes more problems.
