.....when you do not sell out the biggest weekend of the season? Too many empty seats at Founders Park.

We would have sold out 5000 with our eyes closed - this weekend. We could use more seats.

Why would you think ANY Gamecock fan would consider this the “biggest weekend of the season”.
Or are you just taking a dig at those of us that want our Vols to have a bigger/nicer stadium?

Their first weekend allowing 100% capacity, a top 5 team in town and a chance to solidify a hosting spot. If they don’t wind up hosting, then this very well could have been their biggest home weekend of the season. You act like that’s some far fetched statement.

For a Vol fan to label another teams series is “far fetched”.

I doubt it. Baseball is a tournament sport and the NCAA has enough data to know who will show up.

Not to mention, that we are Johnny-come-lately to the top of the SEC. There was no reason for South Carolina fans to consider this anything more than any normal SEC series.

Vols whipped that *** in that normal series. Matter of fact in every SEC road series this year.
