Perhaps- depending on how he benefited mankind.

However, Limbaugh is too busy popping pills and complaining about other people to actually benefit anyone.

Limbaugh was nominated, so somebody must have thought he was worth it... but looking at some of the recepients of late, I'm not sure how big a deal it is anymore. Al Gore won it because of his ideology, no more no less.

It has become a who's who of politically left lunatics. I can't really think of any prestigious award of any type that has become so marginalized, 'cept maybe the Heisman.
