Anderson Silva vs Rich Franklin

Until BJ Penn proves otherwise.....

Anderson Silva is the best fighter in the world, pound for pound.

Fedor doesn't count, because he is now very obviously ducking competition.

Silva is a machine. He's unstoppable right now.

it's a shame he doesn't speak better English, because he is exactly what UFC needs in that department. I love Rampage, but he talks exactly like he came straight out of Raleigh-Egypt--which he did.

Silva is a pure sportsman, and is built like your average skinny guy to boot. I don't ever see him failing a drug test, he works his ass off, and is humble.

if he spoke a lick of English, you'd never get him off of Spike TV.

I feel bad for Franklin....he really didn't have a bad fight--he just got overwhelmed.

what should he do now? go up to 205, which is probably the toughest class in the world? he can't go down to 170....

or should he stay at 185 and either wait for Dan Henderson or Paulo Filho to beat Silva (which is a longshot in and of itself)?
