I thought it would be helpful to have a thread devoted solely to the announcement dates of our current targets since NSD is fast approaching. I'll add others as they are announced. Also, post any that I miss. Thanks!

We're getting Corker and Butler, Maybe Nixon as well. Atlanta Vol seems to think we have a chance with Gibbs

I don't post much, ok hardly ever, but know for a fact that Gibbs is Bama bound. Prior to the college football awards last week Saban was in a helicopter that landed at Gibbs high school football field (Grayson) for a visit with him them flew to the local airport and visited Gibbs' dad at the dealership he works at. Several people I know said that it is dad that's pushing his son to Bama. Those in the Gibbs circle say Deangelo was, key word - was, a lock for UGA.

He's a Berry and Jabrill Peppers type athlete that I hoped would be playing ball on the hill for the good guys in Orange but for some reason the coaches weren't as hard nosed for him as they have been for others. Maybe they saw/anticipated "influential" roadblocks?

Well if had the choice of playing for CBJ or saban who would you choose . If your not exceptional there's a chance you won't see the field until your junior year. Or you transfer out like QBs bateman and cornwell are doing.

Nixon, Butler, Corker will be Vols IMO

Wade: 20%

Gibbs: 10%

Bet money that a few Florida boys will come out of nowhere in the last few weeks

According to 247sports, Butler is the only one who has Tenn has as his favorite/top choice. Also says Nixon hard committed to the cocks

We are in on a lot of battles with USCjr, including Butler, Corker, and Moore. I am hoping we can get Akers and/or Ray. Then Wade is out there. We are "warm" with all of them.

How many do we anticipate taking in this class? We currently have 25.

Looks like Butler may be favoring USCe now because Muschamp visited him with LT last week.

They're making him a "need" and a priority.

We really KNOW nothing here.
