TFP: Have you told your new team that you grew up as a son of a police chief? That might intimidate some of them.
Jones: "I haven't. One of the things I love is the study of human behavior. I love studying body language, and I think I can relate to our players. I can tell when an individual's having a good day or a bad day with their body language. I've been around people my entire life because of my father, so I think that really helps me relate. I think that really helps me see things coming [and] to be able to anticipate things as well."
Well, I'm no expert of human behavior, but I can tell when an individual hits the eggnog one too many times. That last answer makes no sense.

I apologize for not sticking with the thread but I can't post my own yet.
I have been on for a little while but when I read posts I see lots of acronyms used and don't know what they stand for. Can anyone help me with some?
SIAP?
TOS?
FYP?
TIFWIW?
Any others to help me stay up to speed?
Thanks.
I think, and I'm only a business degree holder, but he means hes been around criminals his whole life so he will be able to anticipate the actions of a wide majority of his football team. OR he means he has known such a wide swath of people and personality types that he is a good judge of character. I could be wrong, like I said, I had like one organizational behavior class..I think.TFP: Have you told your new team that you grew up as a son of a police chief? That might intimidate some of them.

Not to be "one of those", but Google is your friend on stuff like this. :hi:
SIAP = sorry if already posted
TOS = "the other site", a different UT sports forum
FYP = fixed your post (went in and changed something in the quote)
TIFWIW = take it for what it's worth

Except for the one reply I "liked," you guys are a bit too sensitive, feeling a need to stick up for your guy. The response clearly does not follow from the question. Just because you connect some dots doesn't mean the dots are there.
