Clearly this mans death was due to the hatred of of those in the pro choice movement. Whoever killed this man was incited by the pro choice advocates.

This goes out to LG.

trying to find where his murder is linked to his stance on abortion. It may be but right now you're just speculating

I guess the shooter hates construction as well because he shot a man at Fuoss Gravel in the same town after killing the anti-abortion fellow.

Any murder committed due to political reasonings is pathetic.

Any murder for any reason is pathetic.

But are you saying that the suspect was just going around randomly shooting people and that its not about the abortion issue? That would put a crimp in joevol's apparent argument.

Oh. Well, its tragic that it happened, but if that's the case, that it was just random, I''m not sure why it is in the politics forum.

because there are pro-life zealots out there who'll see the murder of one of their own, regardless of the circumstance, as a political act.

The only one previously mentioned on here that I recall was the doctor a couple-few months back, in Kansas I believe, who was shot and killed by a longtime abortion protestor and there was no question as to the motive.

Here, it would appear that the anti-abortion folks jumped the gun and depserately wanted to say "See, we aren't the only part of this debate with a few crazies in our midst." But evidently that is not the issue here.

The fact that Abortion and Politics are intertwined disgusts me.

If the Law is not going to be concerned with the protection of life, why have law? Let's just all pick up our guns and defend our own and spare ourselves the expense of politicians... :ermm:

I agree, it's used as a huge smokescreen on both sides. Same with the whole gay rights issue. Both issues are used to get emotions out. When a politician gets you to use your emotions and not your brain, they win.

+1. Thats why am a Libertarian rather than a Republican, i don't think the Christian Movement should hold sway over a political party.

As the saying goes, link?

Was totally in jest LG.

I don't care what motivations he, his family or the media trot out there. He is a killer whether it was motivated by his dislike of the mans beliefs or not, it simply doesn't matter.

Oh. I read it to mean that you believed at the time you posted it that he was shot because he was protesting abortion and that there was hypocrisy in the absence of outrage from the left at his being shot.
