I say Graham, Hinshaw and the O Line coach at the top of the list... Other than that I'd probably keep Conklin and maybe just maybe Chaney... What say you??

Graham, Hinshaw and Pittman. Would like to see the next guy keep those 3 but you can't require it. Gotta let the next guy make those calls.

Some deserve to stay, but let us not forget our previous problem -- Some coaches turned the job down because it was a requirement to keep certain assistants, specifically Chaney.

I would say we need to keep Graham and Pittman. The guy who will coach us will have a short time to assemble a 9 man staff. Keeping those two makes it only 7. It's only economical if we keep our best assistants , and its those two.

Whatever happens, there's an argument to be made that continuity provides some stability... I think Jay Graham is a gamer. He's done a lot for Raijon Neal and at times Marlin Lane has shown flashes... I think Hinshaw is an underrated recruiter who could definitely be pulled away for another job... I think Pittman deserves a lot of credit for the way our O Line is playing... Conklin shows a lot of promise on the defensive side of the ball ... Listening to him talk I feel like he should've been the DC instead of Coach Buddy... But I'd just keep him as the DB coach... Chaney would be the most controversial imo... But looking at the stat sheet he must be doing something right...

Were I a new head coach at UT...I would pretty much assume that they were all horrible, or this wouldn't be, potentially, the worst team in school history.

Taking that into account, it would be hard to overlook that the runningbacks actually hit the hole this year, and that the offensive line magically learned how to run block.

Graham and Pittman would be my only choices.
