Just wondering if this is true or just typical e-mail BS :dunno:

I had it, and as a heads up posted here just as a heads up incase.

Id asked a deputy friend here in sullivan county, if he'd heard of it, or spoke with any troopers.

He said as far as he knew, it was true. But as i thought on it more, realized id never been stopped by a trooper that didnt write me.
