Anyone an expert with Google Sheets?

I have a recruiting spreadsheet on the front page that I update in Google Sheets. For some reason, lately I and others have been getting a 'you do not have permission to view this page' when loading that section. Typically a full page refresh fixes it, but I can't seem to pinpoint what's causing it.

I see it on mobile but not on desktop (Chrome) at work. We do use Google Apps for work so may have something to do with our sign-in? I'll look when I get home on my personal PC.

Not an expert with it, but I went and looked at it and it aaid the same thing, I don't have permission. The one thing I saw was it was signing me in with my Gmail account instead of my Volnation account email. This maybe the disconnect, just guessing.

Looks ok at home. Chrome and signed into my Gmail account. Also Edge and Firefox not signed in.
