Anyone been having issues with navigation on iPhone lately?

Mine has been horrible. It’s like it doesn’t know my exact location. It’s happening to my whole family. I’m trying to figure out if it’s iOS related or Verizon related, or something else.

Interesting. Seems to be an issue on both Google Maps and Apple Maps for me. It's quite aggravating.

Was at the beach last week and had Waze going the whole time there and back. It had been a while since I used it on a road trip and forgot how much I enjoyed that thing.

Finally, someone else having issues. lol. I think it has to be an issue with Verizon.

Another thing I've noticed since I switched to Verizon a couple years ago, the amount of spam calls I receive has gone up exponentially. Coincidence?

I finally had to call verizon and threaten them with the State Attorney General over this issue. My circle all gets these type of calls....and here's the deal none of us are Verizon customers. They will put you on a list. The calls for now have stopped.

You’re not a customer but you we’re getting calls from Verizon? How did you know it was Verizon related?

I would dial them back directly and if that didn't work then I would go 5 numbers higher then 5 numbers lower. A lot of dialing, but if your motivated!

What they don’t tell you (all phones do this) is that there is an unofficial map of WiFi points all over the world. The phones use those Wifi spots to help with location. They still use GPS, but they also use the MAC address locations (not stealing your internet). Verizon used to get lost on me all the time ( I live in an area that didn’t have a lot of WiFi signals to bounce off).
