Fulmer and the staff have been in contact with the running back from Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, TN. Does anyone have any more info on this kid or perhaps maybe a video, just wanna see what is all about.

The name of the running back is Deonta Lindsay, I've watched him play quite a few times. He's a good back with some good speed, but doesn't like to take hits and dances far too much in the hole. He also plays Cornerback.

Good player on a very bad team! Hope that doesn't hurt his chances.

What exactly is wrong with Bradley Central, my dad said when he played QB there, they were badazz and won a state title and never really had a losing season.

They built another school, Walker Valley High School, in the county and split up the talent. Bradley hasn't been the same since and Walker Valley still hasn't really had a benchmark season yet.

WV is on the way up and BC was bad before they even built the place! Back in the day BC was a very strong program....they use to have the second largest student body in the state.

Oh I'll agree with you on that, WV is improving, by their standards; it's fairly easy to improve upon 1-9,0-10,3-7 seasons. And Bradley was bad for the few years preceding Walker Valley, but like most schools usually has a talent upswing every so often and imho the building of Walker Valley has impeded that.

Come on now Bradley has been bad for quite awhile now. The number of HC changes might have something to do with it. Benny Monroe took your best atheletes for years! As for WV no it has certainly not helped the situation but using that as an excuse is laughable. Not a fan of either one but WV is a sleeping giant. Their record is not that great but they started from scratch.....Bradley had tradition and made a huge mistake when it let John Allen walk.

Now don't go putting me with the Bradley Bears, if anything I'd be a Walker Valley Fan. I hope you are right, that Walker Valley is a sleeping giant. They have a great school, good administration, and a great young coach, but I just don't see the talent level reaching high enough for Walker Valley to be a stable powerhouse anytime soon especially with Bradley and Cleveland in the same county.

As far as Bradley goes, letting John Allen leave was one of the dumbest decisions in a long time there. They have a coach with good character and simply a nice guy in Damon Floyd, but as far as teaching football and game planning is far behind Allen.

Hahaha they do have an incredible band, but it is kinda sad that the worst traffic leaving the stadium is right after halftime

From Chattanooga Times Free Press: He's been kicked to twice and had a 96-yard kickoff return for a score against Oak Ridge last week and a 62-yard return against Cleveland. He totaled 29 rushing yards against Oak Ridge and Cleveland with his 4.3 speed.

The only reason I could think they are going after him is for his returning abilities and his 4.3 speed. He might be a good DB but I havent read anything about him as far as thats conserned.

I played football with him at Walker Valley High until he transfered to Bradley. He is a selfish back with great speed. He is kinda scared to get hit, and dances nervously in the hole. He is a great D1 Championship back, but no one at Walker Valley or in the area believes he can play at a D1 school, and no its not because we are jealous, we have a good team without him. :)

I also played football with Deonte and I think anyone (at least outside of Bradley Central) would agree that, while he is ridiculously fast, that is about all he has to offer. The reason he left Walker Valley is because there was a better in between the tackles runner in front of him on the depth chart so in true Bradley County fashion he transferred across town. Classic example of God given talent that probably won't ever be put to good use
