Seems like the majority of my family is. We called off Christmas dinner last night. I'm just now getting the symptoms and it's... A bit%#.

Got home to the family yesterday afternoon. Mom has an acute sinus infection and the preacher has a cold so his son gave the Christmas Eve sermon. He knocked it out of the park fwiw, but being around sick people always makes me a little uneasy.

caught a minor cold that turned into bronchitis and a sinus infection. I'm about a week in, so it's starting to lighten up a bit. A double shot of Nyquil Severe before bed helps.

I'm in the same boat and agree completely about your treatment protocol.

All good at my house but my father-in-law had flu like symptoms the other day. He hot on tamiflu and was feeling yesterday but we postponed the annual Christmas Eve gathering over there. Not sure if he is coming over for combined family dinner tonight or not.

Same here, but I'm trying double shots of Jack Daniels Severe.

The whole family has been fighting some sort of sickness most of the week. Everyone is feeling better today except for the wife.

Everyone I know is sick and no matter how much I'm around them I can't get sick so that I can call out of work. Having an extremely functional immune system sucks

Had the flu, but somehow I was lucky and it only lasted 3 days. I've never recovered that quickly before.

My symptoms are kinda weird.

I have a fever, with no appetite a headache with some body aches. I also have a weird feeling about me. Not throwing up nor do I have the Hersey squirts. My heart rate is 108 while resting. I currently don't have insurance do too my work field. Wife says no ER but I'm seriously thinking about it.

Lack of appetite can also cause a lack of fluid consumption, add a fever on top of that and you're looking at dehydration. Drink extra fluids, combo of water and sports drinks help to rehydrate you and replenish electrolytes. Most people don't realize when you have a fever/elevated temperature at all you're burning more fluid than usual. Not sure that's your problem but dehydration can cause a more rapid than usual heart rate.

Seeing lots of flu with the drifted strain, but kids are recovering much more rapidly than usual. Tamiflu certainly helps and it seems that the Mist is providing a little cross-protection. My son had a 104 fever Monday, started antivirals that morning, and by Wednesday, he was 95%. The rest of us are clear so far, on Tamiflu prophylaxis.

Been nauseous and queasy all afternoon. Like if I cod throw up, things would get better. I just can't seem to pull it off. And now I've also got a headache.

I know the feeling.

I worked with elementary school kids for 5 years...knock on wood, my immune system works great thanks to being exposed to anything and everything.

Just stick your finger in the back of your throat. You'll thank me later
