I will be the Marine Corps recruiter for this area pretty soon. Looking to meet a few Vols fans in the area to catch some games together. Also looking for info on how the area is and what there is to do. I'm originally from the Spencer/Sparta/McMinnville area, but have been away for the past 5 years since joining the Corps. Looking forward to making some new friends and helping anyone interested in joining the Marines. Thanks for your time.

All I know is you need to travel north up to reelfoot lake and go to Boyette's, some of the best catfish , slaw, and hush puppies I have ever eaten and I don't really like slaw.
2nd that. Those folks Kno how to cook. Especially carfish.

My family lived in Tiptonville from the time I was 1 to 5. I have memories of going up there to visit friends after we had moved. Boyette's is some of my fondest memories. OMG, that catfish.

Man when you get here you need to go see Dyersburg Trojan play. They are 6-0 as of right now. The MLB #4 is committed to Memphis. You and your family are invited to FCC.
