My apologies if this has already been talked about. But Phil Steele is really high on the hire. Anyone know why he thinks this? Or what he has to say about how he will fare with defense? Don't want another Petrino. But I'm liking this hire ok.

Doesn't matter, there will still be people around here who are like kids on Christmas morning. They wake up to a tree with numerous new toys under it, but still want to whine and cry because Santa didn't bring the one toy they had thier hearts set on.

He was super high in him and thinks he will have my us competing for the SEC championship in 2014. He also thinks Bray and Hunter may stay.....on that one....:no:

Felman called Jones a "star."
Mort called it a great hire.
Other pundits have said the same.

Only a segment of our armchair ADs seem to know more than those guys and think otherwise.

No, I'm not crying because Santa didn't bring the toy I wanted. I'm crying because Santa (Mike Hamilton and Dave Hart) broke out toy beyond repair. Santa needs to be replaced!

Not the hire I first wanted, but he's been a winner everywhere he's been, he really wanted the UT job and i'm behind him, i'm definitely renewing my season tickets.

The guy didn't hold out for money. Then again according to the info given he wasn't given much time to make his decision. The cincy AD called a team meeting that morning and forced him to make his choice.

It hasn't & won't be easy, but we WILL overcome Hamilton's total ineptness!
I Doubt any one has ever run a program further into the ground than Hamilton did at UT, but we will overcome him!!
