Hello VN Brothers and Sisters. There is a car for sale in Gatlinburg I am interested in. Private seller. It has been smoked in according to seller. Before I drive 4 hours, I would like to know if it reeks badly or if smoke smell is not bad. Anyone have time for a quick stop-by to see? Message me at joeltonjet@gmail.com. Thanks!

I say it smells like smoke. I can smell a smoker when they walk anywhere near me, even when they aren't smoking.

Yeah, me too. If it’s not terrible, I have had some success treating multiple times by wiping everything with vinegar and of course airing out. Was even able to sleep in it comfortably (small RV). Car is a two-seat convertible so not much area to treat.

The best way to get rid of cigarette smoke smell is to set the whole car on fire. Then the smell of burnt car covers up the cigarette smoke smell.

If you know somebody that has a commercial ozone generator, that's the ticket.
I do, and I’ve never liked them. They just create a very sharp residual smell.

The only thing I’ve found is an enzyme you have to saturate into porous surfaces.
