They're super tiny, black, slinder, about 1/16" long. As far as I can tell up to this point they don't fly, only crawl. They're so small I have trouble taking a photo of them. I first noticed them in the sink in the bathroom but then I've seen them crawling on the outside windowsill in the bathroom.

Anyone else noticing these things? I did not see these at all last year.

Sounds like newly born water crickets. I have seen a few this past week. Very very small.

I've seen some new bugs in both my work and apartment that I've never seen before. They're long and have legs all around, like cilia bacteria or a millipede kind of, but they also have long antenna. I've seen some that are small as maybe an inch, and others that might be 4 inches. Any clue on those?

Do they have antennas on both ends, or just top of the head? It's most likely just some type of centipede.

Sounds like a silverfish or a centipede.

Sounds more like a house centipede..

Scutigera coleoptrata AKA House centipede

Non poisonous and they move scary fast for a bug.

House centipede it is. I've honestly somehow never seen them until this summer. I saw one that was almost the size of my hand though on my living room ceiling. Freaked the hell out of me at first trying to figure out what it was exactly.

First time I saw one it was scurrying across the living room floor and I thought, damn that thing moves fast!

Just curious where you were going with this if I had gotten Lasik?

Yes! Where have you been seeing it?

My guess would be after LASIK eye surgery people may see things as a short term side effect. Such as floaters, etc...

I don't mind bugs outside, but once they are in my house the gloves come off. And i know they are harmless and good to have around but the house centipedes freak me the eff out and are enemy number one for that reason. I am pretty 'manly' when it comes to bugs but not those guys.
