So true. And remember when you could get all the important news you really needed to know in a 30-minute nightly news cast? Now they have to fill 24 hours every day and they need to make things up to fill the time and sell their commercials.

Yes, and the constant 24/7/365 barrage of opinions disguised as "news" has made this country nuts.

I agree.... I remember as well now it is a smorgasbord of Crap.

Remember the early days of TV 3 channels and you could get 2 additional channels if you knew how to use the UHF dial on the TV

What's more, you could hear High Flight “slipped the surly bonds of earth” to “touch the face of God, followed by the National Anthem, and then a TV screen of Snow for 6 hours. The Poltergeist moment.
