#11 isn't bad, but that Arkansas game kept us out of the top 10. Time to finish strong and sweep UK and Vandy.

not bad...not near as bad as i thought it might be...putting alot on the UF sweep huh? that puts us a low 2 high 3 seed right?

CBS's Doyel projects us as a 3. Updated today.
Wins over UK and Vandy + a round 1 conf. tourney win, and I still think we land a 2.

2,3,4,5 or 6 seed would be fine with me. I was just hoping they would get to the NIT at the beginning of the year.

well at this point, given where we are, and where we hopefully are headed, i hope we don't fall any further than a 3 seed, 4 seed at worst.

If we get lower than that some of the 1st round matchups can be tricky...

people are really taking notice of UNC...this game against Duke will be another HUGE one....

Dook's just too tough for them now though...Sr day at Cameron..I'd be surprised if they stay within 10 of them.

i don't know...Duke's been on the ropes a bit lately...UNC has to be a little more confident now...

SR day will be tough to overcome...the dookies will be rockin Cameron....

i'll still watch....UNC has been on a roll Hansborogh (sp?) is good. and he's gonna get better....

yeah kids a beast down low...he's got alot to work on with his mid range facing the basket game though..hopefully he'll stick around a couple more yrs.

I'm with you OWB, I'll take any seed just to get to the dance. Once in, who knows? Eventually you gotta beat the powerhouses so why not right up front?

What if we win the tourney? would that make us a 1 seed? I think it could happen.....If not I'm happy with a 2 or 3 seed

we arent gonna win the tourney, if your not happy with a 2 or 3 seed then you've lost all memory of last year or the last what 20 years for that matter.

11th isn't too bad. Need to sweep UK and beat the "Dores" and then take care of business in theSEC tourney. I think the SEC tourney will be tough. Bama and Arkansas are not pushovers. Look for at least one upset in the SEC tourney. Hope the Gators go out 1st round. Would like the same for LSU. Waiting to see the match ups before I make any decisions in the SEC tournament.

Who knows what will happen in the SEC Tournament.... I just want to enjoy the rest of the Season wherever we wind up 2,3, or 4 Seed it is still fun to talk about GO VOLS :dance2: :dance2: :dance2: :dance2: :dance2: :dance2: :dance2:

This will be a great season whether we go out in Round 1 or make the Final Four.

This team and coach have shown "what its all about". Play hard, never quit, get the most out of your ability.

Many of you may hate the comparison but they are kind of like the "unforgetables" - the UK team that lost in the Elite 8 to Duke. This was the team of left overs that couldn't go elsewhere when UK went on probation. They had superb chemistry and played over their heads all season. The only legit talent was Jamal Mashburn and he was a freshman. Otherwise, guys like Pelphrey, Farmer, Feldhaus, Woods, Hanson, Brasso, Martinez, etc would have been bench players.

This UT team is the same way - gritty, stubborn and many teams' worst nightmare.
