Just watching the bottomline on ESPN and it shows Ainge's stats: 1-6, 3 INTs.

Hmm, I must have missed something.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering when he threw 3 INT's

That being said, who was impressed with Cromtpon? I know I was

Talk about insult to injury . . . Ainge really should have been about 4-6 for 50 yards. Those drops were inexplicable. The only thing I could think of was that it was cold??

I was on the 8th row and it was pretty cold down there.....No reason to drop those passes though

It was not that cold. They were just not catching.

Apparently Fulmer wasn't impressed. Otherwise, he might have called timeouts on LSU's last possession so that Crompton could have a chance to win it for us.

I don't see how you figure that.....Crompton played good tonight, our defense lost us the game tonight, not the lack of production our offense had because that certainly wasn't it

Thank you! When we lay down on that last play, I thought I'd throw up. Since when do we lay down on the last play of the game and down by 4?

Misunderstood that one......My bad, I see what you're saying, I was wondering why we didn't try to put something together on that last play

It wasn't cold today... I live about a lot of miles north of Knoxville and I wore SHORTS AND A SHANDALS TODAY!!! I didn't see the drops... I missed Ainge playing and most of the game... but there's still no reason for drops...

I don't know how living "lots of miles north of Knoxville" would help you determine whether or not it was actually cold in Knoxville. However, I digress. Being cold is not an excuse to drop passes. I was passing football Saturday morning in 20 degree weather and didn't drop one. It was cold at the start of the game, and got colder as the game went on. Still not an excuse for dropped passes.

Not to start rumors, but i was told by a birdie that the WRs do not like Ainge. Could they have dropped them on purpose??

Just a question. I am not accusing or starting rumors.

There may be some kind of beef between the recievers and Ainge but I don't think they would drop passes on purpose. Espicaly this late into a season when we're playing for a BCS birth. I think ESPN told them to drop them....lol....

Bret Smith had some room to run if he doesn't drop it. Just call Jon little Tebow. He adds some excitement if nothing else. He can throw the deep ball too.
