the game to determine which of the 2 worst teams in college football is actually the worst. Willingams wash team has lost every game but the cougars have been blown out by all but one opponent.
And wsu wins 16 to 13 in overtime. Taking the apple cup and leaving Washington at 0-11, the worst team in college football, the only winless team in 1A, and the first winless team in a major bcs conference since a year I'd have to look up.
