Mine isn't out, but it's so frustrating when that happens. Las time it took two days for a guy to come out and fix it. The picture is so much better than Charter's, though.

This last time was due to some sort of network problem on their end so it affected lots of people. Most of the time if you lose all your service it's because something died in the box that they install on the outside of the house. Recently one of the two boards went out on mine and the tech had to put a new board in. It doesn't take them long and each time I've had an issue they've come out the next day. What sucks is they don't have 24 hour techs so if your services die after 5pm you're screwed until business hours the next day.
