Federal judge won't block all of Arizona's immigration law

(Judge) Bolton asked ACLU attorney Omar Jadwat and later Department of Justice attorney Edwin Kneedler why the state should not be allowed to require all local law enforcement to enforce federal immigration law.
----------------------------------

"Why can't Arizona be as inhospitable as they wish to people who have remained and entered the United States illegally?" the judge asked. "Who am I to stop the state of Arizona?"

OK, so bank robbery is a federal offense, so local and state authorities don't arrest bank robbers anymore???

That seems to be the logic of the ACLU and the Obambi administration.

In the afternoon, about 40 people blocked the street outside, shutting down an intersection. Police arrested six people holding a bedsheet that said, "Stop 1070 - we will not comply," and another man who refused to leave the intersection, all on suspicion of disrupting a public thoroughfare.

I'm sure you already know, but I'll do it anyways. Not fluent, but I think it's something like:

This Tuesday, the army burst into a camp of an organized crime group in a breach of the town of Higueras, where they found a large arsenal.

I got the gist, at one time I could speak Italian well enough to pass for an Italian, in Mexico I can't speak Spanish well enough to pass for an American. :)

A couple of other items:

Adopting islamic terrorist tactics in Mexico by drug cartels.

The Ubama adminstration with Hitlary running the foreign policy show through the state department my be wanting to see the same thing happen in Mexico that almost happened in Honduras.

Flashback: (2009)

Honduras' Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that ousted President Manuel Zelaya cannot legally return to office, dimming the possibility of his reinstatement ............

The Court did not release the full text of its non-binding ruling, but a court source and a lawyer close to the proceedings said it closely follows earlier decisions upholding the Chavez style marxist Zelaya's ouster after he moved to illegally change the constitution to allow himself to be the perpetual president like Castro and Castro wann be Hugo Chavez.

Two of Zelelaya's top supporters: Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARK) and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU).

The SEIU is working in alliance with Unitary Central of Honduran Workers (CUTH), the Confederation of Honduran Workers (CTH), the General Workers Central (CGT), and the Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (TUCA).

FARK and SEIU want to secure Honduras as a drug sanctuary and impose a Marxist government. This effort is supported by Marxist allies Hugo Chávez, Rafael Correa, Daniel Ortega, Raul Castro, and Evo Morales.

BTW, probably America's top ally in South America, Colombia, is accusing of Chavez of harboring FARK terrorist camps in Venezuela.

Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva and Argentine President Cristina Kirchner have both voiced their rejection to the elections in Honduras. 23 nations of the Rio Group from Latin America and the Caribbean have also condemned the election and announced they will not recognize its outcome, It looks like some pressure is being put on the Democratic nation of Honduras to stop the electoral process. These socialist nations are calling for the reinstatement of Zelaya before an election can go forth. If Zelaya is put in, he will stuff the ballots like he attempted to do with the illegal election and as Chavez did in Venezuela with the help of Jimmy Carter.

But what did the US state department do, instead of supporting constitutionally based decision of the Honduran supreme court, they placed sanctions against Honduran leaders.

Have muslim terroitst/drug dealers had an affect on tactics in Mexico?

t r u t h o u t | Why Are Beheadings Popular With Mexico's Drug Gangs?

Decapitations by drug cartels in Mexico first began in 2006, and that year armed thugs swaggered onto the white tile dance floor of the Sol y Sombra discotheque in Uruapan, a town in Michoacan state, and dumped five heads from plastic garbage bags.

The blood-curdling act shocked Mexico, and evoked images of Islamic terrorism half a world away.
------------------------

The pace of drug-related violence is quickening. March was the bloodiest month yet with 958 deaths, El Universal newspaper reported Thursday. Since President Felipe Calderon took office in late 2006, confronting drug cartels, 25,000 people have died, it said.

I have a friend who is either in Mexico or in route there, he has a sponsor down there with political connections, last week when I talked with him he said another friend was visiting recently and he and their sponsor drove over to a local villiage for a few cervesas but when they reached the outskirts of the villiage they saw two heads impaled on stakes and the Mexican guy made a u-turn and said; 'this isn't a good place for us to be.'

Juarez, Mexico.

Remember, this is just a short jump away from the drug smuggling corridors into Arizona.

Recently the people of El Paso, just across the border were instructed to stay indoors because of stray bullets that might come from an open gun battle just across the border.

And what involvement does the US state department play in the overall scenario??

FOXNews.com - Drug Gang Enforcer Admits Ordering U.S. Consulate Worker's Killing, Mexico Says

Maybe more than the obambi administration would have us believe.

July 2, 2010: Jesus Ernesto Chavez, known as "El Camello" stands as he is guarded by federal police officers during a presentation to the press, in Mexico City. According to the federal police Chavez ordered the March 13 attack that killed a U.S. consulate employee and her husband as they drove in the violent border city.

And all obama can talk about is making guns harder to purchase in the US?

FBI's Mueller: Hezbollah Busted in Mexican Smuggling Operation

FBI Director Robert Mueller said this week that his agency busted a smuggling ring organized by the Terrorist group Hezbollah that had operatives cross the Mexican border to carry out possible Terrorist Attacks inside the U.S. "This was an occasion in which Hezbollah operatives were assisting others with some association with Hezbollah in coming to the United States,"
---------------------------

Hezbollah was responsible for the single most deadly terrorist attack against the U.S. before 9/11 - the Oct. 1983 bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut, which killed 243 U.S. troops.

Myrick cited the warming relationship between Iran and Venezuela as proof that Hezbollah members may be collaborating with Latin American drug cartels, who may be utilizing Hezbollah's ability to dig underground tunnels for drug smuggling and in turn, providing funding, document forging, and false identities.

The Fox News report referenced Anthony Placido, assistant administrator for intelligence at the Drug Enforcement Administration, testifying at a House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee in March this year, that some drug smugglers in the U.S.-Mexico region have had relationships with Hezbollah between the 1980s and 1990s.

"There are numerous reports of cocaine proceeds entering the coffers of Islamic Radical Groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas," Fox News quoted Placido when he testified to the subcommittee. Placido labeled the proceeds as "easy revenue" that could potentially be used to fund terrorism.

So what does the obambi administration do, they join the American Communist Lawyer Usurpers in an attempt to stop the state of Arizona from exercising their legal rights under the US Constitution.
