CBS Sports has announced that Tennessee @ Arkansas has been added to the potential College Football selections for the game scheduled on Saturday, November 11, 2006.



The Selection will be made on a 6-day advance basis.

3:30-7:00pm


Tennessee @ Arkansas

or

South Carolina @ Florida

or

Georgia @ Auburn

or

Alabama @ LSU

I will be surprised if UT vs Ark is not the televised game. No other game has 2 ranked teams.

I'm sure it will be televised, the big debate is whether or not Game Day will come to Fayetteville.

I think there's a descent shot they will broadcast from Fayetteville, if we beat LSU, and Arkansas beats SC.

CBS will pick the Auburn vs. UGA because of the fact that it is a big rivalry. Tenn. vs. Ark. will probably end up in the ESPN prime time slot.

Carolina - Florida has the most ratings potential. The Spurrier drama by-line, as we saw this weekend, is irresistable. That's the night game

UT-Our Kansas is the 3:30 if both teams win Sat.

Auburn-UGA is on the deuce.

CBS Sports is holding 4 games to pick from. The four games are being held are Tennessee at Arkansas, Georgia at Auburn, South Carolina at Florida and Alabama at LSU. CBS will televise one of these four games at 3:30 p.m. ET (2:30 p.m. ET), while ESPN will televise one of these four games at 7:45 p.m. ET (6:45 p.m. CT), ESPN2 will televise one of the four games at 7 p.m. ET (6 p.m. CT) and Lincoln Financial Sports will televise one of the four games at 12:30 p.m. ET (11:30 a.m. CT). The selections should be made by Sunday afternoon based on the outcome of the Saturday, Nov. 4 games.
The remaining SEC game on the schedule for Nov. 11 will have Vanderbilt visiting Kentucky at 1 p.m. ET (noon CT).
