He seems to think the music and noise in practice will help prepare them for Neyland. He says in his previous trips to our stadium, the noise hasn't been an issue.
We did a great job in defense Sunday. This team seems faster to me than Utah st with the up tempo. Hope our defense can shut them down the way they did Utah st.
Pretty quick team but their defense is very undersized.
In that first video at the 1:49 mark, their guard pulls on a pass play. I hope that is not designed. If it is, our front seven will be all over their quarterback if they pull that crap on us.
I have to believe that the video speed is increased slightly. Just doesn't seem normal. If so, they are faster than any team we will play this year. I highly doubt that they are.
I have no specific concerns about ArkSt. The only team that can beat us this Saturday is the vols. (Young team with big road game next week overlooking a scrappy opponent.) That being said, I think CBJ is too good to let it happen. I'm excited to see them come out and lay the wood to a mismatched opponent.
GBO
They can rush the passer. They're also very fast on defense. We need to hold our blocks to win. They're also very good about getting 11 hats to the ball.
I see they have a mobile QB, so lets see if he has any better luck against our D, and I understand they run a hurry up, so I'm excited to see how our D holds up against that.
They look considerably faster than I expected. They appear to play with a lot of energy.
They have five blockers in front of their runner going down the sideline against two defenders and nobody blocks anyone!! Should have been an easy score - BUT Noooo!
Tells me they are all finesse and no Big Uglies - Butch should start pounding them early and ASU should be asking to keep the clock running in the second half so they can get out early.
