UK is not giving up anything in the paint. They are playing their best defensive game of the year, by far. I think we have only went inside 25 seconds on the shot clock, maybe 5 times.

UK 3 point shooting 10-33 for 30.3%. However that mark is skewed a little, due to scrubs chucking up 3's unbelievably fast at the end of the game. We would never shoot that many 3's in a game other wise. Everybody on the roster scored except Mark Krebs. Very complete game.

I was at that game yesterday and Rupp was going wild. Cats look very impressive, especially defensively. The big men get up and down the floor really well. Orton glides when he runs. Fun to watch.

Gotta admit, I never liked the kid ever since the deal out in Vegas last year when he refused to go in. With that said, he won me over yesterday. He was diving for every loose ball and playing tenacious defense. Great effort.

I was a little down on him over that myself. However, when it was truly revealed what an idiot Gillispie truly was, I kind of take it with a grain of salt. Including anything else that happened under his regime. Its obvious that Miller and Liggins can both play, given the proper instruction and system. Gillispie gave them neither.
