It's brutal on here after a loss. I will say though that how many teams can string together 4 straight losing seasons and still have the attendance UT had for a night game against Vanderbilt. If recruits are worried about the fans they should keep that in mind. The fans are still here after all the crap and care about UT football.

I dont think it hurts too much, we are passionate about our program. This season shows how bad we need them and they will get playing time immediately.

Why go somewhere else and sit for 2-3 years?

You wanna be in the show, well get used to the spotlight.

But by the lack of faith they they will get the best showcase of their talents due to poor coaching/development...

Recruits do come on the forums. Some of us over exaggerate when the team loses. It's not the end of the world sucks but UT will come back from this.

The fans still fill that stadium to 90 percent or better year in and year out. It's part of the reason the leadership has been so terrible. They can always count on loyal fans to line their pockets while treating them to horseshat on the field. That's enough about the fans. They should fill lucky we're all still here bi--tching after what we've been treated too over the last 5 years..

I think the recruits probably understand that we are a passionate fan base and would expect to see some criticism of the program after losing to vandy. What do you think they are saying on Florida's board right now. Do you think all their commits are going to reconsider because of it. No. And if so... Those aren't the type guys we want anyway
