I don't know that MH ever issued any edict about assistant coaches being retained and I doubt it, personally. Know that was in the news reports at the time, but I didn't believe it then either. Regardless, either MH or DD made the decision to retain these two and whoever did deserves a lot of credit with regard to maintaining a very good recruiting class. If we'd lost those two, we would have had a very bad day today instead of an outstanding one. Not sure when we've had this good of a class - I think it's significantly better than last years and obviously better than year before that, too. Great job DD and maybe MH...:good!:

All the coaches are gonna have to be on top of their game this year, helping these kids out to compete with the big boys. I say this because I think there's potential for a rough (5-7 ish), but growing year. I also think there's potential for a 7-5 ish finish, if they are well coached, strengthened, and ready to play.
