Nope.. Rooting for SEC in basketball is different than football. We schedule the hardest schedules year after year so who cares if our conference is good.. if we have good RPI than who cares.

I hope Alabama and Florida never win anything, in any sport ever again. When they played in the SEC Championship, I rooted for a Tornado.

I do not hate the conference my team plays in. I do wish mouth breathers who do were easier to spot socially so I could avoid wasting time on them like I avoid uaw supporters.

I subscribe to "conference loyalty" in football because it shows that the SEC is easily the best conference every year (which in turn, makes us look better). I think it is different in bball since there are so many more games, and we are obviously not the best conference.
