I got carried away today during insanity. I was doing power jumps, the den/tv room has vaulted ceilings, but I somehow bumped my head on one of the ceiling fans in the room and I landed awkwardly on my right knee buckling it. I heard a pop abnd there is swelling. Should I be worried?
