Fans who would go on a coaches twitter page to trash him... i'm not happy at all with this hire but that's just bush league. It's not Jones fault he got offered (what used to be) one of the freat positions in all of college football.

We settled--that's the problem. I hope this guy is a home run, but it's going to be hard for him. Hart wasn't ready to make the right hire. And yea, Hart, with his dyed hair, reminds me of a southern televangelist, and that was my opinion before this search. If only he had a televangelist's ability to BS and get us a great coach.

Speaking of asshat nominees i'd like to nominate Jon Gruden. If he disn't want the job just say so to begin with and quit letting all the speculation get out of control just to stroke your ego... I never EVER want to see him going in about how much he loves UT and how special it is to him.... Couldn't be THAT damn special if he wouldn't come here to coach.

The idiots on here are the ones that will piss and moan if Jones goes 7-5, but had UT trotted Fulmer back out there and he went 7-5, they'd praise him for bringing "stability".

I cannot believe AR gets a guy whose been to 3 straight Rose Bowls and we end up with this. Long schooled Hart this time around, like a sissy b$#@. Oh well, whats done is done. On the bright side, my expectations are so low that Butch won't have to do much to surprise me!
