I honestly don't know, but I doubt it's an issue. In CBJ's presser, it sounded like he knew he essentially had a blank check to get who he wanted.

Pretty good money as long as it is used in the right way. The two coordinators will likely be near 1.5-2 million of that.

I think we are all in agreement that his staff is probably what will make or break his success and just how quickly it'll happen. CBJ sounds determined to break in the best he can. A minimum of 3 million is at least a good start.
