I know it's a homerish publication in the opinion of many but I could not resist picking one up while in Walgreens this morning. It has Arron Sears, Justin Harrell and Arian Foster on the cover.

A few observations regarding the periodical...

1. Fulmer is one of five coaches listed as being on the hot seat.
2. There is not one Vol listed a Heisman candidate.
3. UT is #20 in their preseason poll.
4. Arron Sears is listed in their 1st team 2006 All-America team. Justin Harrell made the 2nd team.
5. They rate the Vols as having the #5 QB, #5 RB, #6 WR/TE, #7 OL, #3 DL, #9 LB, and #2 DB in the SEC.
6. They rate our 2005 recruiting class as #24 nationally and #7 in the SEC. None of their Top 20 SEC recruits committed to UT.
7. Jacques McClendon is the only UT recruit listed in their Top 100.
8. UT commit Darris Sawtelle and in-state prospects Chris Donald, Harrison Smith and Golden Tate are all listed as Top Rising HS Seniors.
9. They pick UT to finish 3rd in the SEC East behind #1 UF and #2 UGA.
10. They project us to win agaisnt Air Force, Marshall Memphis, Vandy and KY. The UF game is the only projected loss. Cal, UGA, Bama, S.Car, LSU and Arky are all listed as "crucial" toss-up games.
