Miami is a very fickle town when it comes to sports. They'll show up, but only if you're in contention for a title of some sort.

Plus, they're playing games about 20 miles away from campus, and that stadium is absolutely dreadful for a college atmosphere.

False. That's the only time they showed up. Went to a late season game in August 2003, the crowd was about 5k strong. Went to game 5 of the NLCS a few weeks later and it was practically a sellout. Then went to game 5 of the WS and they announced it was the largest crowd ever to watch a WS game to date. That may have changed now but I doubt it, just because of facility capacity. So in a matter of little more than a month I saw the crowd grow from 5k to 67k, made me sick.

Oh ok, well atleast they show up for that, but they don't support them any other time, thats sad
