and I have awesome seats for it!

This is the first time we've "hosted" a number one team, although, we've already played a number #1 this season. Its pretty exciting around here today.

BTHO kansas!

Knew you'd be all about this one...

I've been riding atm for a while now and they've been playing well. I've actually got them +7.5 tonight. I don't know, I just have a feeling...

Upset lives in Aggieland!

I just got off the phone with my brother in law about an hour ago. He's got all the tailgate equipment packed and ready to go. Just waiting to get the hell outta the office. One more hour to go!

about the same as we are on the road I'd say.

Although, Turgeon has done wonders in being "fan-oriented" to try to get this place filled up. He delievered pizzas last night to those waiting to get in tonight, he's all about everyone coming out, building it up to us all that the student section has a huge impact. I can see that I suppose. We set a record, against tech of all people, for attendance this season. I expect there to be a pretty massive crowd tonight, and Reed Arena is a very, very loud place.

Turgeon is getting what he asks for imo. We will show up. I hope he gets our boys to do the same.

Im not sure who it was but I think a talking head on ESPN made some comment about aTm having one of the best home court advantages in the Big 12 this year. Whatever that means I suppose.

Well I certainly hope they cover. And I can see them doing some good things the rest of the way.

Sorry I missed this game. Wished the Aggies could have pulled the upset. Anyone but the Gayhawks.

Watched most of this one from the gym. Solid performance from both teams, Kansas continued to cement themselves as the #1 team in the land.

A&M looks like a Sweet 16 team if they continue with that kind of effort, though.

Allright, now that Ive had time to process it, here's my thoughts.

I think they showed a lot to the country last night, but they showed even more to themselves. It seems that Turgeon has them heading to the Big12 tourney with high hopes and if they give that same kind of effort, I wouldnt be shocked if we finished strong and picked up a 3 or better seed coming out.

Ive never been a B Davis fan, but he played hard last night. He's giving up some serious reach and weight to the Kansas post position and he hung in there.

I would complain about the calls, but that's so t-sip I wont even go down that road.

Sloan is a ball player, and had a chance to get to Acie Law status, but fell short. He's still the leader and he'll get another crack at it.

I cant say enough about Reed Arena last night. That place was rocking and stayed rocking. As I looked around, I saw folks that clearly were there for their first game of the year. It was great to see the "casual" fan make it out. It proves that what Turgeon is doing is working and that this community has taken notice.

The loss sucks, but I think the fact that this team can get into the AA's without D. Roland, let alone possibly make a run to the Sweet 16's, is really impressive.

We'll see how it turns out, but Baylor and Texas have been put on notice.

Thanks and Gig em'.
