If my math is correct, the attendance for the 3 game series with Evansville was a shade over 19000. Considering the additional seating being added starting next week, it looks like UT could be pushing 24000 for a good weekend series in 2025. Not bad considering g where we came from.

We need more outfield seating. A place for people to get rowdy. I’d name it Tony Vitello Stadium at this point
Leave it Lindsey Nelson....Tony gets us a couple CWS trophies his name will be properly attached nicely. This is almost like saying take Neyland's name off futbol stadium.

Super Region
Friday 6,195
Saturday 6,506
Sunday 6,489
That's really good considering the pain-in-the-ass game times.

For reference,

Friday 6,396 NKU
Saturday 6,255 IU
Sunday 5,963 USM

Last SEC Weekend Series / South Carolina

Clearly the numbers are "Paid Attendance" as there was no way that there were than many butts were in seats for the South Carolina series. Tennessee always counts paid attendance.

I saw something watching the NCAA Outdoor track meet at Hayward Field In Oregon that could be made to fit at a stadium that suffers from a tight footprint. I believe the tower in Eugene is 10 stories talll and has office space inside.

Imagine this maybe a little shorter. A little less "metallic" Perhaps shaped like a baseball bat?

Suites, coaches offices, lounge, etc.

So I guess the 6506 from Saturday's game is the new home crowd record. I wonder how far into the 2025 season it will take to break that?

They could get rid of the section of road that goes around the outfield fence and create a manmade grass hill.
You never know about right-of-way restrictions.

The university now owns most of the roads on campus as the city turned them over. However, there may be deed and right-of-way restrictions in place. Such as keeping the road open for railyard vehicles.
