Anyone ever seen a more miserable defense against the run that ours today? Just under 9 yards per carry! So much for Mt. McCullers after that although most big runs were around the ends because our ends get sealed off every play and our LBs get knocked down. Complete disaster on D. Sal Sunseri would be proud of these boys today.

I remember watching Arkansas do it with Felix Jones and Darren McFadden. It seemed like McCluster did it to Lane and Monte. It isn't entirely unprecedented with this bunch, but it is still hard to watch.

Can't blame just McCullers. The LBs weren't doing much either. Auburn seemed to bounce it outside the tackles on just about all of their long runs.

Looked like the days of neighborhood ball when there was 2 or 3 older kids that ran around younger ones without breaking a sweat.

444 rush yards plus 215 return yards, 2 special teams scores. Oh and aub only had 8 third down opportunities of which they were 4-8, one of those failed 3rd attempts turned into a 4th down conversion.

I think Palardy was leading tackler today.

I can think of some horrible performances against the run, but nothing like today where we give up about 200 yards worth of QB keeps.

I wish Chief was back after this game but I will give this staff a couple of years to get the Dooley out if them and his recruits in or if it is the coaches different coaches but I think he is the head coach we need.

TrueÂ….but I can think of several defensive performances that bothered me a lot more than this one.

Don't worry. Next year when the D is made up of guys who couldn't beat out this year's starters and a bunch of Fr and JUCO's... everything will be much better.

Excluding the complete disaster that was Sunseri... I can't think of 3 consecutive performances that bothered me more.

LMAO

And whoever is sitting behind this O line that is under performing according to everyone and can't beat the first five out gets a shot as well.
