I know this did not go so well last year when Houston and Davis started touting their greatness prior to the Auburn game, but I would like to show a comparison between the Auburn running attack and the Tennessee attack...

Carnell 'Cadillac' Williams:
4 gp, 82 att, 395 yds, 4.8 avg, 3 td, 98.8 run-ypg, 112.8 all-purpose-ypg

Ronnie 'Hummer' Brown:
3 gp, 31 att, 269 yds, 8.7 avg, 1 td, 89.7 run-ypg, 99.0 all-purpose-ypg

AUBURN totals:
4 gm, 166 att, 842 yds, 5.1 avg, 7 td, 210.5 run-ypg

** 4 games against La-Monroe, Miss St, LSU, and Citadel (I-AA)
According to collegebcs.com, ULM is rated 115, Miss St is rated 87, and LSU is rated 15. The Citadel is I-AA and therefore is not rated.

------------------------------

Cedric Houston:
3 gp, 37 att, 310 yds, 8.4 avg, 2 td, 103.3 run-ypg, 105.3 all-purpose-ypg

Gerald Riggs:
3 gp, 44 att, 258 yds, 5.9 avg, 1 td, 86.0 run-ypg, 100.7 all-purpose-ypg

TENNESSEE totals:
3 gm, 140 att, 790 yds, 5.6 avg, 4 td, 263.3 run-ypg

** 3 games against UNLV, Florida, and La.Tech
According to collegebcs.com, UNLV is rated 103, Florida is rated 21, and La.Tech is rated 56.

------------------------------

Just some interesting facts for comparison.

Interesting comparisons. No doubt this game comes down to winning in the trenches - on both sides of the ball. Let's see some defensive comparisons, that's where it gets SCARY!

 Good stuff allvol! Auburn matchs up with us pretty well. Houston and Riggs are flying under the radar compared to Caddy and Hummer, I like that!
