How could that be legal and marijuana not be? Drinking alcohol is already more dangerous than pot could ever be, inhaling it would be even worse than drinking it.

Sounds like they thought of that too. I actually enjoy the taste of liquid so I may hold off.

One of the ways alcohol leaves the body is through the mouth," Morse said. "Therefore, contrary to reports, the alcohol will definitely register on the Intoxylizer 5000, commonly called the Breathalyzer test which is used by law-enforcement officials to apprehend drivers who are under the influence of alcohol."

Yeh, that's what their press release said. But I won't believe it until I see a study done by LEO.

The email I got advised LEO's the would have to prove their case by FST and observations.

Wonder if the HGN can detect it. That's darn near fool proof

That kind of similates to me , teens (addicted or mentally ill) huffing paint, paint thinner, etc.
I can remember several years ago, doing bed check with some locked up teens, one 15 year old was getting high as crap off of white out in a baggy, he had stolen somewhere .The white out is water based now.

Of course, this goes without saying his wonderful dad had been in prison for 7 years.

from T.C.A. I guess it's not illegal to inhale it but good luck finding any business owner in TN who will carry it.
