This guy is hilarious. I know he's on some popular show that I don't watch, but I caught his stand up on Comedy Central a few months ago. This is one of my favorites.

I actually think he's a lot funnier as a character than in his stand up. His stand up isn't bad, I just happen to like a lot of guys more. His performances on Scrubs and Parks and Rec are just outstanding.
If you don't watch Parks and Rec, you're missing out. Start with season two on Netflix, though. It took them a season to hit their stride.
