Azz tweeted an hour ago: "Let's not get crazy about the urban Meyer comment. Coach Meyer is a very close friend and mentor to me and my family. I owe him a lot."

What comment is he referring to?

I would fire someone on the spot if they said Meyer was their mentor. That means you are a demon.

Who knows when you'll get canned in college football. If you're successful as a LB coach, a friend HC might want you to be a DC. If your team loses and you get the boot (i.e. Sal-the-idiot) as DC, you contact a friend and end up at FSU.

Its called networking to take advantage of opportunities or prevent yourself from falling off a cliff.

He was on 104.5 The Zone and had some off-handed remark about recruiting against Urban. Can't even remember what he said (it was so incidental). But, I think his Twitter blew up after he said it.

Sunseri joins Florida State after serving as the defensive coordinator at Tennessee in 2012. With the Vols, Sunseri coached two of the nation's top defensive players. Linebacker A.J. Johnson was fourth in the nation and led the SEC averaging 11.5 tackles per game. Cornerback Byron Moore was tied for 11th in the nation in interceptions and he led the Southeastern Conference in that category.

I thought he told Bell something like this wasn't the "UT" he grew up watching anymore. Talking about the teams of the 90's that Bell was such a fan of. And Bell said something like OSU was a better business decision, when they asked why he chose them over our beloved VOLS. Whatever that is supposed to mean? Where you fellers been?? J/K

I was told that when Bell called d**k Urban to tell him he was choosing OSU on Tuesday night he asked Meyer if he should call and let Coach Jones know out of respect and Meyer said " nah he has cable television let him watch it like everyone else". So instead Bells uncle called on NSD and told CBJ and said he felt like he should bc he respected CBJ. What an a$$h0le!
