Saban was following the classic pattern. You always praise your competition, especially their leaders. It helps the team stay focused and motivated and makes an easy win seem harder than it was.
lane kiffin didnt bury coleman on the depth chart because jon crompton or nick stephens were better. Not even close he buried because he was a just a sophomore. If he was a senior last yr he would have been the starter. But lane kiffin didnt want the hotshot young qb that he was going to recruit to have to sit on the bench for 2 yrs. If bj coleman was the starter last yr we dont lose to ucla or auburn
CJ Boleman would have beaten UCLA and Auburn? BOP1, your little attempt at being the official Volnation trouble-starter is played out!!! YAWN!!!lane kiffin didnt bury coleman on the depth chart because jon crompton or nick stephens were better. Not even close he buried because he was a just a sophomore. That Coleman is a good quarterback even though he does not play in the SEC anymore and that he still has a chance to succeed. By the way besides Peyton and Eli what quarterback from the SEC has achieved anything in the past 15 years. The only other big time quarterback besides these two that achieved anything was Joe Namath and Archie Manning.
Do you cheer for your players/teams to lose? And thanks for calling me cute???
Vols don't cheer for quitters who take their ball and go home. Did he catch tough break with the coaching change? Probably. Such is life. Would he be the starter this year if he had stuck it out? Well never know and neither will he. He's not a Vol. He's a QUITTER!!! He has to live with that for the rest of his life.

So does that mean all of the transfers that we are getting are QUITTERS as well just because they feel they can be more productive elsewhere? Have none of you ever changed/quit jobs before? And Coleman is still playing for The University of Tennessee school system. Just think of it as UT jr. :boxing2:
My statement applies to people like CJ Boleman, who claimed to have grown up bleeding Orange. I'm referring to people like Crompdaddy, who stuck it out, through the thick and(mostly) thin. That included freakin DEATH THREATS! He's a TRUE Volunteer. Look where it got him. I hear the weather is great in San Diego this time of year. UT Chattanooga is not UT jr. It's mote like UT jr. College.
