Yeah right. It's October.

Anybody have faith in Michigan? I don't.

NOPE

Iowa will stumble somewhere along the way. Book it.

Ehh I don’t know. They’re tough man.

Mich St? Whatever man

Yeah I’m with you here. They’ve played no one.

tOSU? Change their name to Cincy and they would be unranked.

They will stay Top 10. They are still the most talented team in a weak conference (yes, the Big 10 is weak. Regardless of what the AP says)

Penn State? No real threat.

Agreed. They struggled with Auburn, Auburn is not good.

Responses in bold.

Georgia new No. 1 in AP poll; Bama falls to 5th

Am I missing something? This says the SEC has accomplished this feat 23 times. Not sure where msn is getting their info saying this is the first time a conference has done this.
First time anyone other than the SEC has done it. You’re correct that the SEC has done it 23 times, most recently 2019’s final poll if I recall correctly.

I definitely believe that the SEC top teams are generally better than the top teams from any other conferences but I do like the competition.

I’m willing to bet Ohio St. will find their way back into the playoff if they win out and win the big 10 they will be in.

Iowa may lose the Big 10 championship game, but name me another game on their schedule they’ll lose.

2021 Basketball tourney B10 had 9 seeds (a record high):
2 teams were number one seeds, 2 teams were number 2 seeds, 1 team a four seed, 1 team a nine seed, 2 teams were ten seeds and one team an 11 seed.
Did not work out well for them in basketball, will not work out well for them in football this year.

I was at the OSU-Iowa game in Columbus in 2009 when both were undefeated. Iowa lost in OT by a field goal. Was a great game and a great atmosphere.

And still wasn’t within sniffing distance of a game at Neyland in the late 90’s / early 2000’s. Hope we can get back there sometime soon.

I feel like the feather in the B1G cap is Penn State beating a fringe top 25 Auburn team led by Bo Nix. And it was a very tight game in a crazy atmosphere. That’s nothing to write home about .

Pick one. Iowa can be depended on to lay an egg every year and lose to a team they have no business losing to.

Life for an Iowa fan must be much like having a 1996 Memphis State on your schedule every year.

Exactly. Last year the media declared the Big 10 the strongest basketball conference yet the 10 were exposed during March Madness.
The Big 10 is always exposed come NCAA Tourney time. They always have a crap load of teams in and usually underperform.
