Right now whether they win or lose this year is not a big thing but if the play hard for 40 minutes everyone will love them.

I cant remeber there schedule, but the first 8 games looked easy to me if i recall right.

This teams needs to spend a lotta time together...off court. IMO old fashioned street ball chemistry is the only way this team goes into post season play.

Do you think the 06 recruiting class may be one of tennessee's best recruiting classes ever?? Do yall think it makes up for losing them two players last year cause we fired Buzz?

Well We are going to find out if a hard working defense and are sharp shooter chris lofton is going to make this team a winner. Maybe not this year, and maybe not next, but when lofton is a seinor we should be loaded. that is if he sticks around.

I didn't see it but he did... Cant wait for some hoops though...UNC is reloading quite well and UF might squeek out about 18 wins and be a bubble team.

Yeah I love Basketball. I just hope tennessee can contend and maybe have a cinderella season and get a ncaa birth. But I know my standards are way too high.

For his first yr I'd say yeah..atleast the SEC is a weak bball conference..I'd expect it to take him atleast 3 seasons to turn it completely around if he can.

Yeah I say atleast three. But I mean its not like we have a TOUGH shedule and I think we can squezze a couple of upsets with the style of play we have. Maybe even beat kentucky. But what I love the most is how much the players love CBP and I can't wait to see how they respond to him.

They DID NOT lose 2. Jamont Gordon never committed to UT or Buzz and never at anytime intended to attend UT. His mother hates UT and they both saw a way to use UT.

as for Smith he is a good kid with way too much baggage and is not needed at UT. He may never attend college

Yeah UT doesn't have a tough schedule.

Oklahoma State
Texas
Murray State will be no cakewalk
ETSU won't be easy
Neither will the SEC schedule

If this team finishes close to .500 it will be an accomplishment. IF it finishes .500 or above it will be a great accomplishment.

Not so sure about ETSU and Murray state but the sec sucks this year no matter how you look at it. Florida, kentucky, and Alabama lost all their great players. Vandy lost there main scorer and no body is really a standout team.

Good call 67. Mick Cronin has a very solid tem at Murray State. He'll be coaching at the high major level sooner than later. Not so sure about ETSU. Timmy Smith is a great player, but nobody is going to confuse Murray Bartow with Jim Calhoun.
